HOW DO I CONTACT VACATION CARE?


Vacation Care has 2 main offices:

We run our Travel Club from the Spanish office, for those that know Calahonda we are based in the golf shop which is on the main N340 next to McDonalds.

I AM BOOKING TRAVEL INSURANCE, ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?


We sell 2 types of policy, annual multi-trip and single trip.

SINGLE TRIP (From 3 to 186 day cover)
Maximum age 84 years
66 - 69 years, maximum period of travel 93 days
70 - 84 years, maximum period of travel 62 days

ANNUAL MULTI-TRIP

GOLD POLICY:
* Maximum age of 84 years for Europe and Worldwide
* Maximum age of 74 years for USA, Canada and the Caribbean
* Maximum 62 days per trip for up to 74 years
* Maximum 21 days per trip for 75 to 84 years
* Maximum 6 months cover for 75 to 84 years for Europe and Worldwide excluding USA, Canada and the Caribbean

SILVER COVER:
* Maximum age 74 years
* Maximum 31 days per trip

I AM BOOKING TRAVEL INSURANCE, DO I HAVE TO DECLARE ANY PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS?


SINGLE TRIP TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We require that you follow a very simple process if you have a pre-existing medical condition or if you are over 65.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition or if you are over 65 years, please obtain advice on medical screening prior to making your booking with us, you must call the CSA HEALTHLINE on 0870 366 9373 (please quote 'Goldwing') for advice as to whether the medical condition can be covered and whether there will be an additional charge or amendments to certificate contitions.

ANNUAL MULTI-TRIP TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Like most policies, pre-existing medical conditions are not automatically covered, however please check with the 'Healthcheck line' as a special condition may be applied and cover may be considered. Details will be given at time of booking.

 
ARE TRANSFERS FROM MALAGA AIRPORT TO THE RESORT PROVIDED?


Yes, Vacation Care provide a pre-bookable Airport Transfers service which we guarantee to be the same price or less than a taxi for the same journey. Our Airport Transfers service provides a meet and greet service at the Arrivals Hall at Malaga Airport by a uniformed driver who will escort you to your air-conditioned luxury vehicle thus avoiding any lengthy taxi queues.

This service costs as little as €12 per person (based on 7 people sharing to Crown Resorts). For example a car for 4 people to Crown Resorts will cost €54 each way.

HOW DO I ENSURE THAT I AM GIVEN THE APARTMENT I WANT, EG OVERLOOKING THE POOL ETC?


FOR CROWN RESORTS ONE-FOR-ONE or OWNERS WEEK/S:
A specific apartment will be allocated by the Resort Office, however we can of course note any particular requests.

FOR RENTALS AT CROWN RESORTS:
Crown Resorts is a multi-site destination: Crown Resorts at Club Marbella, Crown Resorts at Club Calahonda, Crown Resorts at Club Delta Mar, Crown Resorts at Club La Riviera and Crown Resorts at Club Caronte. For a guaranteed site please add €10 per apartment per night, otherwise we are happy to accommodate any requests you have without guarantee.

FOR RENTALS AT OTHER RESORTS:
A specific apartment will be allocated by the Resort Office, however we can of course note any particular requests.
